Hi,
since four weeks I am studying abroad in Sweden. For a Business Intelligence Project I have to design a corporate performance management system, a dashboard for the CEO of Twitter, therefore I need your help for the following question:
Which kind of information is important for the CEO of Twitter to see everyday?

Number of users hitting the site region specific

Average number of tweets per region per hours

Expected Server down time

Sentiment analysis

I am also giving some information which is usefull,

1) Avarage user spending times on Twitter

2) Who is Twitts highest in the day/week/month/Year.

3) What are the main traffic sources for Twitter.com like Seacrh engines and Refering sites or direct trafic?

4) How many vistors are using Iphones for Twitts?

5)And who having highest number of followers? And who is following number of persons in the Twitter?

6) How many websites are linked through the Twitter? And those websites names nad urls.

7)Twitter is linked in how many websites?

8)Rank of the website in World wide web, with Ranking website like alexa.com web statistics.

9) Twitter Administrator can use Google Analytics tool for free and get each day visitors navigation in the website.

And if you know any other things please post here.

I think the CEO of twitter has more issues to figure in KPI's than above 🙂
