Let's say I install SQl server 2005 using an MSDN license. If I have 3 developers on my team, would each of them require an MSDN to access the server? Inquiring minds really want to know.

The 3 developers would require a license, however it does not need to be an MSDN license. They could instead just get a $50 developer edition license. It's very cost effective as opposed to an MSDN license.
We use MSDN licenses here though for DBAs and developers as we require many software packages that it offers, so it is cost effective and easier for us just to use an MSDN license rather than licenses for each product.
