Hi,
I've seen some posts in this forum mentioning Database Mail and SQL Server 2005 Express in the same sentence. My instance of SQL Server 2005 Express doesn't have a "folder" for Database Mail under the "Management" folder. Is this an add-on?
Thanks!

I've been looking into this as well and unfortunately this was not inluded in the Express edition, you will need to upgrade to full SQL i'm afraid.
The way i got round it was to have everything i needed written into triggers / stored procedures and then added a VB Script as a scheduled task that sent the emails out..
Hope it helps..
