Site settings option in Report Manager

  Hi,

  We have SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services with SP1. I have logged into the report manager with the Adminsitrator account but Uanble to see the option Site Settings?

  What should I do to see that option?

  The user is a local windows user and granted the Content Manger role too. But still I'm unable to see the site settings option
