How to create Linked Server to connect Postgrey database?

I have installed MS SQL Server Express on my computer. I also install postgrey database engine.
How do I can create a linked server to Postgrey.
Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.

Hi CirquedeSQLeil,

I have a problem with the license of PGNP. Do you know another tools that can be used to create linked server to postgrey?

I use MS SQL Server Express and Postgre to avoid me for purchase the license.
