what are the performance monitoring and tuning issuses we get?how we have to rectify them

Those are BIG BIG questions and really outside of the scope of supported that can be provided on an on-line forum such as this.
Read all the books that you can get hold of, The inside sql series (Kalen Delany ) are highly recommended.

The issues are likely complaints about slow performance. The resolution is to hire someone to help you.

As the other guys have already said it can be a large task...
If you are not a DBA or your company doesn't have one ,then either get one or hire a consultant(a good one)!
