SQL 2008 Integration service build level

    Hi,

    I have installed SQL 2008 database engine and integration services RTM and then patched to SP1 + CU1

    the database engine then shows the correct version of 10.0.2710 but connecting to SSIS via SSMS it still shows RTM version of 10.0.1600.

    Same behaviour across all servers I have applied this to.

    Rerun of Setup says no updates can be applied

    Can anyone else verify this behaviour, is it a bug?

    It's showing the same thing for me. We are at SP1, CU7.

    Converting oxygen into carbon dioxide, since 1955.

    seems this is a known issue. reported in this MSDN connect issue

    This seems to suggest it is fixed in 2008R2 but does not say when it is fixed in vanilla 2008.

    Please add a comment to this item if you wish to see this fixed.

    Affects SSRS too.
