Upgrade SQL 2005 Express to SQL 2008 Express?

  I know backup, uninstall SQL Express 2005, reboot, install SQL Express 2008 and restore will work but does anyone know if this is possible in one step?

  D'oh!

  SQL Express 2008 will auto pick up 2005 SQL instance and ask do you want it upgraded it or just install a separate 2008 SQL Instance.
