    Hello Rooms,

    How to make SQL Server 2008 Connect to Database Engine window remember the login password?

    In my case:

    I created SQL Login for a new user on Microsoft SQL Server 2008. He always forgot

    the password. So I decided to setup a static password for him.

    Now, he complained the login screen that he needs to enter the password every times; when he wanted to connect.

    Can the login window remember the new password?

    Please help and advice.

    How is he connecting? Is there a reason you didn't use his Windows account instead of a user/pwd?

    This specific SQL Server 2008 located in non trusted network segment.

    He used SQL Server Management Studio.
