Mirroring and replication difference

what isthe main difference between the Mirroring and replication.

There are lot of differences between the two, but to help I need to better understand what replication topology were you thinking of and how were you thinking of using it?
One of the key differences between the two no matter which replication topology you use would be the ability to choose which articles to publish. With database mirroring it's an all or nothing kind of deal.

Though there are lots of differences; Major difference is -
Mirroing happens on whole database
In Replication you have option of selecting objects and filtering of data in the publication.
