hi
i'm trying to do totals on my SSRS report (based on SSAS)
i have 3 fields on my row groups, namely BenchMark, AssetLiability & Rate
what i want is a Total line (easy enough) and the Total split by AssetLiability
if i insert a secondary subtotal, but this creates lots of subtotals that i dont want and doesnt split the total line....i think maybe i'm missing something obvious here....?
any ideas?
have had a go at doing the total bit in a subreport and this works ok...apart from i can't seem to pass parameters to the blummin subreport, despite reading this http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms160348(SQL.90).aspx

Can you post an example of what you want the report to look like (just text with the detail and total lines)? It sounds like you want to add a group on AssetLiability, but I'm not sure.
