Does a Cache File get recreated with each run when using Cache Transformation in SSIS 2008?

  I have a Cache Transformation where I'm using a Cache File to be used as a lookup data src in a lookup trans later in the package. My question is: Does the Cache File get recreated with each execution or does it just add to the file created on the last run? I'd like for it to recreate the file.

  Apparently it overwrites the existing file. I ran the package again and took note of the file size and afterwards there was no difference.
