Effect of Database Owner after Builtin\Administrators Removal

  Hello,

  I hope someone can answer this small concern I have. I want to remove the Builtin\Administrators group from my SQL server, what I am wondering is, if the owner of the databases is the local windows administrator account, will I need to give the DB's a new owner beforhand? And just out of interest, what would happen if I removed the group without changing the owner beforehand.
