    This isn't clear Ajay, do you mean you want to create a backup that is retained for 14 days or do you have a backup that has a 14 day retention and have a problem with it?

    If you want more information on retention, just look at BOL - 'BACKUP DATABASE'.

    Thanx to reply..

    I am explaining suppose..I have started it at today 9-12-09.Now I have the backup of up to 23-12-09.

    Now on 24-12-09 automatically the backup of 9-12-09 will be deleted.but from 10 to 24 I have backup.

    Now on 25-12-09 automatically the backup of 10-12-09 will be deleted.but from 11 to 25 I have backup.

    .

    .

    .

    .

    Now on 25-12-10 automatically the backup of 10-12-10 will be deleted.but from 11 to 25 I have backup.
