To my knowledge, you can't. It's dependent on the system fonts running from the OS.

But my object explore font is not default one so, i cannot able to see objects. so, help me on this.

I just did some tests with fonts on my desktop. What I do to my operating system (windows 7) happens to my object explorer. I don't know of any other way to manipulate the fonts there.
