errors while runnning the weekly scheduled 'Updatestats' maintenance plan task job

  • Hi,

    We have SQL Server 2005 Developer edition 32 bit with SP3 and 4 GB RAM with Max memory set to 3GB. I'm getting the below errors in error log while runnning the weekly scheduled 'Updatestats' maintenance plan task job which is taking more than 1 hr.

    Please advice me what this messages refereing to?
