Web Archive Subscriptions

  • Hi,

I have 2 reports which both have a subscription on a shared schedule and they are both output to web archive.

At the moment I recieve 2 separate emails at the same time in web archive format.

Is it possible to combine these reports into single email?

  • I think bydefault this is not possible. Use web service to export to webarchive and send those thing using .net

  • Have you thought about creating a new report by combining these two reports? You may use subreport or multiple datasets in a report. Then create a new subscription for the new report and get rid of the current subscriptions.

  • No 2 reports defeats the prurpose as each of the reports are doing different things.

I would like to use these data driven reports as exception email alerts.

It is basically 2 (could be more than 2) different reports which are on data driven subscriptions.

The users could potentially have a dozen data driven reports so at the moment if they were to receive 5 reports they would get 5 emails.

Ideally I would like all these reports if they were sent to be consolidated in a single email.
