Error in Setting-up PUBLICATION in SQL 2005

  Hi.

  I've successfully set-up a distribution database on server X which will take data from a publication on server Y. I'm going through the Wizard and end up getting an error under (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo) stating the following:

  "Cannot promote the transaction to a distributed transaction because there is an active save point in this transaction. Changed database context to <the db i'm taking data from> (Microsoft SQL Server Server, Error: 3933)"

  DTC is running on both machines.

  Have a look at the remote proc trans setting, is it on?
