hello friends, i have a very serious problem. one of my drives have failed and my database files (mdf and ldf) were on that drives. and now my database is inaccessible. is there any way or any tool that can bring my database files back. i do not have a full backup taken since 2 weeks.

Not unless you can recover or repair the drive.... At least you have two week old back up..I have seen cases where they dont have a back up and their DB is either corrupt or drive is dead.

You may also want to check popular SW download sites such as MajorGeeks.
I have had success with various file recovery software downloaded from MajorGeeks.

Your only real option is to find a company that specializes in failed hard disk data recovery and even that's not guaranteed to work. I've worked with one in the past that was able to recover a SQL 6.5 database from a failed drive array that went down during a hard power failure. We were in the same boat at the time with data and logs being on the same drives and even worse, the backups where there too. Eventually we recovered the data but it was a long and arduous process.
DISCLAIMER: I inherited it that way and had no input into the design.
Now you know the importance of a solid backup and recovery solution as well as testing your disaster recovery solution.

You've had some hints above,.
Now, if this were on a RAID volume, this really shouldn't have been an error as long as the physical drives are still available to support the RAID related fault tollerance !
E.G. with RAID1 it would have been possible to lose one of the two disks of that raid1 config. The db would still be available, and with hot swapable disks, you would have been able to plug in a new disk and relaunch the raid.
0 (yes zero) downtime !
Unless you are able to recover the files on your broken disk, if usable at all, you will only have to rely on your 14 days old backup !

Maybe you have differential backups or transaction log backups ?
