Hi
ssrs 2008 is not using IIS. It has its own webserver, ithink default location is
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10.MSSQLSERVER

Yeah, starting with SSRS 2008, SSRS is no longer leveraging and dependant on IIS. It leverages http.sys. You still access it the same way as you did before once you have gone into the Reporting Services Configuration Manager and configured the web service and report manager portions. Typically it would be http://<servername>/reportserver and http://<servername>/reports. If you configured this to use a different port then the first portion of the URL would be http://<servername>:<portnumber>.
Not sure what OS version you are running, but most likely Vista or Windows 7 and in this case you are gone to have to elevate your permissions and configure the security in report manager. For more information on this check out the following - How to: Configure a Report Server for Local Administration on Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.
