Excel changes the # format of the exported report

  Hello,

  I have created several reports that need to be exported to excel however, when i export them the #'s format is changed. So a 1.31 is changed to 1.305556. How can I force it to export what is shown in SSRS or force excel to except the formatting?

  I should also note that i am using BIDS and am using the format option in the properties window with a .00 value to get the 2 decimal places.

  You can have a try of RAQ Report. With it, you can export report to Excel easily without any difference.
