FYI, Online index operations are available only in SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition.

I think you need to further clarify what types of options you're looking for. Do you mean three different ways to rebuild an index? Do you mean three parameters you can pass to modify how an index is rebuilt? Please clarify what it is you're looking for.

In lieu of more information from the OP, there is a lot of information in Books Online. Search for rebuild indexes.
BOL can be one of your best tools for quick resolutions to a lot of questions.

Probably, but we're missing some context that lays down what the OP meant by the question. I'm still not sure what they're looking for.
