Hi, I'm very new to Sharepoint, but the Sharepoint database sits on one of my SQL Servers. When a Sharepoint Admin asks me regarding sharepoint usage info, I looked high and low in the tables, and decides some info, such as web usage, are stored in the table Webs.MetaInfo, webs.DailyUsageData, etc. But they're stored as image type.
Does anyone know how to extract data from these image columns? I don't suppose t-sql would be useful in this situation.

Sharepoint provides a whole bunch of web services for retrieving data from the sharepoint DBs. You're not supposed to be querying it directly. Maybe ask that in one of the msdn sharepoint forums - http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/sharepoint
