How do get parameters working using a report model as a datasource in Report Builder 2.0

    I have been trying to build a report using report model as a datasource.

    I used the filter to create two parameters: multiple choice one and a text field. I right-clicked and choose prompt.

    When I tried to run the report, I see two parameters but both of them are empty textboxes. Can someone help me how I can get my second parameter which is supposed to be a listbox.

    I looked at the parameters under report data. Do I need a seprate query for that?

    Also when I make a change to the dsv, it does not reflect in the report model. How do I get the changes in my model.

    In your report parameter properties, if you have chosen "specify values" and supplied Available Values then it should work. Otherwise the parameter will require a dataset (query). Either you must specify values manually or return the values from a query. My assumption is SSRS 2008.
