Microsoft Press book was pretty good, but I also used the ExamCram book as well. It read very well and included 30-day access to MeasureUp.com practice test that are very good. They give you reasons why the answer is the right one and why the others are wrong answers.

Post under the appropriate forum this will help in getting more result. 70-431 is SQL server 2005
