Q. I am Running PerfMon and once in a while the display shows some skipping. the Questions is why does it do that? and has anyone experience that.:cool:

Yes, the Profiler gui is great for browsing already captured data, but it is a dangerous place to try to capture original data. Here's an explanation of why[/url].

I do not understand your answer,what does PerfMon has to do with Profiler?

No, I don't usually see perfmon miss data, but it's possible. How much are you trying to collect and how frequently are you refreshing?
