We are planning to take a thirdparty backup tool, which does compression, encryption and copying bakup file to a offline location using ftp(for diaster recovery)
Please let me know whethere any tool is there that supports ftp.

Had used LiteSpeed and SQLSafe before and they both does compression, encryption. With LiteSpeed you can take backup and save file on different network.
ftp ? I doubt. Have no idea.

I've used both Redgate and LiteSpeed in the past for backup operations.
I did not use ftp with either of them but rather saved the backup files to a different network.
Being able to FTP might be a "nice" feature, however I wouldn't consider it to be a selling point unless your ftp session is encrypted and secure. Even if a product does not have ftp, it isn't difficult to setup a windows task to check for a backup file, and then to copy / ftp that file to a new location.
