Hello!
We are preparing to install SQL Server 2008 Active/Active Cluster on Windows 2008. We are currently contemplating whether we need a dedicated drive for msdtc resource, etc. I was wondering if somebody can recommend any good articles/white papers with step by step instructions/best practices starting from OS installation/configuration and covering SQL Server part as well.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Igor

I used these notes. Very comprehensive with good screen shots.

Watch out for the bugs. And I strongly reccomend you Slipstream service pack 1 as this makes things a lot easier.

Thanks a lot, Leo! Could you please elaborate on 'I strongly recommend you Slipstream service pack 1'? Do I install SQL 2008 and then SP1? I read that Slipstream functionality was introduced with SP1. I would appreciate if you could provide basic steps as I have never used Slipstream before. I suppose I will have to repeat the same steps on each node, correct?
Thank you in advance,
Igor
