i'm pretty new here so maybe i'm missing something(s), but when using the forums ...
- there's no simple way of getting to the forums ctrl panel; only way i've found so far is to go to my acct then click a link there;
- navigation is painful in general; after replying to a post and between ... well i'm still experimenting but i don't see an easy way to go back and forth between anything;
- editing of signature: the preview does not match what shows up on screen.
- i'm curious to see where i'll sent after posting this ...

When you are in the forums, the Control Panel link is to the upper left, just below your name.
What do you mean about back and forth? not sure here what you mean.
Haven't checked the sig, but what doesn't appear to work? Basic signatures are fine for me. If you're trying some fancy editing, I'd like to know what's broken.

i'll play around some more and see what happens. i think i got frustrated trying to get back to the thread-list from the ctrl panel. maybe.

it's the sig preview. highlight your sig and select a size. then play around with the size number directly in the html and watch the preview. pretty sure this one's not me. 😛

no trouble and good to hear what's wrong. It's certainly not perfect. If you figure out #2, also post your browser. We definitely see IE6 issues more than anything. I'll look at the sig.
As an FYI, we bought the forum software since it's silly to reinvent things. We have the code, but we try not to touch it too much since it causes issues with upgrades. We are in dialog with the vendor and passing along things, so please let us know of issues we can pass along and get them to correct.

At the bottom of the forum pages, there are "prev topic" and "next topic" links. I probably read a couple dozen of those before I found the "next pages" hidden down on the bottom right. It seems like having those 2 switched around would make more sense (if I'm reading a forum I'm more likely to want to go to the next page in THIS forum than the next FORUM?).
Don't know if you have control over that or not, but thought I'd pass on the thought ...
