Hi
I have created a report in Visual Studio and deployed it successfully on my target server.
1-
When I run the http:///Reports, I get the Home at the top page but cannot see any subdirectories.
I can see my Report when I log on directly to the Reporting Services database.
2-
I cannot find the .rdl file on the server. I don't know where to look.
3-
When I try to view the report by right-clicking on the report in the Reporting Services database, it open IE but I get the following error:
An internal error occured on the report server. See the error log for more details. (rsInternalError)
Invalid object name 'ReportServerTempDB.dbo.PersistedStream'
Sorry lots of questions ...
Cheers

im not sure about the error your getting but it sounds like it might be a permissions issue.
have you tried typing out the direct link to your report?
here is an example of one:
http://servername/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?ItemPath=%2fFolderName%2fReportName
Replace servername, foldername and reportname with yours.

Hi
I have tried this this morning but I get an error message:
The permission granted to user are insufficient for performing this operation
So you're absolutely right, it is a permission issue.
I'll keep digging ...
I'll make sure to post the solution when I find it!!
Thanks

you need to have a builtin/administrator login and give you access.

I think that now I have all the privileges under the sun.
I now need to re-attach the ReportingTempDB database.
I'll do it tonight out of core hours as this is a Live instance.
