Ummm... I cannot figure out what this is supposed to do? For instance, what is "sps"?

if you are trying to search sprocs for a word, check out SQLDigger. It's free and does a good job (sometimes searching the table doesn't work as a sproc could take up multiple rows and your string may be split in half and you would not find it. Rare, but it can happen
