I am having a database in sql server 2008 and their are no foreign key relationships, they are just tables . As we are in the process of making other developers working on a project which uses the same database, they are asking for database schema. Please see if their is a free tool or something which can help us achieve this goal

the database schema is the whole collection of scripts for the create tables, views, procedures, functions, etc, which should include the foreign keys of course.
foreign keys and well named columns are a part of good practice and design; put them in, or put them back, before you forward the schema to your developers.
we had a company forward a schema like that, no foreign keys because they thought it would reveal their design and business practices or something; it ended up costing them the contract, and they had to refund the down payment because they would not follow "current accepted business practices"; i think it showed they did not have the experience to handle the project in the first place.
I really recommend fixing any deficiencies you are having related to foreign keys.
you can use the built in tools at any time in SSMS to script out the database and all it's objects:
right click the database...Tasks...Generate Scripts....
