Very nicely done. This is a great way to tell how old the installation is.
I've having a problem with the execution on a SQL2005 (only tested one server). I get the installation dates but before it's displayed I get the following errors
RegOpenKeyEx() returned error 2, 'The system cannot find the file specified.'
Msg 22001, Level 1, State 1
RegOpenKeyEx() returned error 2, 'The system cannot find the file specified.'
Msg 22001, Level 1, State 1
ServerName
My server is a x64 and has several instances installed onto it.
Comments?

I noticed that, if you've installed multiple instances, over time, it only reports the date that the last instance was installed on the server.
