  Hi Goodfolk,

  Is it possible to have the principal database implemented on a sql server 2005 instance and the mirror database implemented on a sql server 2008 instance and vice versa?

  I have looked for documentation but to no avail. I would appreciate if anyone could direct me to relevant articles on if this can/should be done.
