I am open to some suggestion of how to get a job as Business Intelligence develop. I don't have any experience but I have worked with SQL before. And maybe with experience I can pass the cert. So any thing will help and how put it on my resume.

Perhaps you should spend some time working with some of the examples, maybe even see if there is some data at work that you might be able to work with, but get some experience with the tools and get a good solid foundation of the terms.
There is a book called (I think) The Datawarehouse Lifecycle Toolkit by Ralph Kimball and Warren Thornwaite, dry reading by GREAT resource..

Take a Kimball University class, downside, they are REALLY EXPENSIVE!
