I am getting below error when running SSIS package

"the type initializer for '' threw an exception" is the error that is created when the redgatemonitor database is created on the server during the sql monitor setup process.

First this thread is almost 6 years old. Second, if the redgatemonitor database is for RedGate SQL Monitor, I don't even think SQL Monitor was out in 2009, and I'm pretty sure the install wouldn't use SSIS. So i'm trying to understand what this post has to do with the thread?
