Not prompting to install activex control

    Hi

    I'm opening the report manager first time in a machine and while pressing a print button its showing me " Unable to load client print control" Error.

    This is the error because of RSClientPrint not installed in that machine. But system is not prompting me to install the activex control when clicking print button.

    This is why?

    I attached the screen shot of my internet security settings kindly look into that .

    Kindly help me to solve this issue.

    If you do not have admin/Power User (something that can install software) rights on the machine it will not prompt you to install the activeX control and will show the error you mentioned.
