The job on my secondary server that copies the log backup
down from the primary server is getting the following error.
Database: 'BIS_FirstSound', Backup Source Directory: '\\phsisdata\p$\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Backup', Backup Destination Directory: '\\phsistestdb\d$\sql server backups'
2009-06-19 09:30:00.58*** Error: Access to the path '\\phsisdata\p$\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Backup' is denied.(mscorlib) ***
Do I need to give some kind of access to mscorlib?

seems the job owner is unable to reach the backup path due to insufficient privilages.
Provide access to the job owner to the shared path OR change the job owner to an account having sufficient privilages to access the shared folder.

How is Agent configured, and how is the owner configured? PS has it right in that this is a permissions issue.
