replication setup failing with error 18483

  Iam getting this error when i run replication setup wizzard :

  SQL Server Enterprise Manager could not configure 'DOTSTOSUNPASSDB\SUNPASDB1' as Distributor for 'DOTSTOSUNPASSDB\SUNPASSDB1' .

  Error 18483: Could not connect to server 'DOTSTOSUNPASSDB\SUNPASSDB1' because 'distrDOTSTOSUNPASSDB\SUNPASSDB1

  ibutor_admin' is not defined as a remote login

  at the server.

  I saw many articles online related to this error and they are saying to setup server name but iam not sure exactly what servername i need to set ??

  below is the current settings

  SELECT @@servername ,serverProperty('servername')

  SUNPASSDB1 , DOTSTOSUNPASSDB\SUNPASSDB1

  here is what sp_helpserver shows :

  I dont know what is SUNPASS2 ...never added this server name
