FYI, the SSC Thread & Forum notifications seem to be coming out 2+ hours late.

I'll check and see. We had an issue with the email servers on Sun/Mon, so that might have been it.

I'm getting them anything from 1 hour to 2 days late. Got a notification this morning for a post made on Sunday.

Does anyone else notice this issue occuring? If so, are there any more instances of it happening since last weekend (as reported above)?
Thanks
Simon

Not this issue but yesterday i wasn't able to see the Longest thread "Are posted questions getting worse" in the active thread list even when there were lots of new posts. Few others here noticed that too. Today morning i saw that thread in the active thread list.

I think that query is a little broken at times. Not sure why, and it's a low priority. Sorry.

Steve - This is happening with some other threads as well. For example i got email notification abt http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic735571-291-1.aspx?Update=1 thread which was not visible in the active thread even tho i tried ctrl+F5 as well several times.

At least some good news, the 'new post' notifications seem to be now working on a timely basis ... at least that's what my testing is showing. I think the issues encountered by the original poster were probably related to the general email issues we were suffering as mentioned above by Steve.
If anyone has any experiences contrary to this, please let us know.
