Can you post the full error message please. Also check the SQL errorlog and the SQL Agent errorlog and see if there's anything more?

Event ID:51
Date:2/11/2009
Time:9:11:23 AM
User:N/A
Computer:DBSRVR1
Description:
Exception 253 caught at line 446 of file e:\sql9_sp2_t\sql\komodo\src\core\sqlagent\src\job.cpp. SQLServerAgent initiating self-termination.

This is from Application log, there's nothing i can see on the system logs.

I think you may have to contact Customer support on this one.

As I said to the OP, this is probably something that will require contacting customer support.
