I have 4 tables each one having it's own dataset. I have to repeat these 4 tables for eight companies. I want to create a multiselect drop down list and have the 4 tables in a list so the tables will be repeated for the companies chosen.
So the results I want is:
Company 1
Table 1
Table 2
Table 3
Table 4
Company 2
Table 1
Table 2
Table 3
Table 4
I set the list dataset to Company Name and cut and paste one of the tables in the list. I got an error that summed up to that the table cannot have a different dataset then the list.
Any suggestions?

Instead of having 4 separate tables for each company, just add a company id column to each of the 4 tables, and then select from those for the data that you need.

Already asked Business if I could do it that way and the answer was no. They want to see it the way below for comparison purposes:

Can you have a table with groups based on the Comapny dopdown and put a subreport inside the company group that takes companyid as a parameter?
