  #1 It is possible to have mix text format with combination of BOLD/Regualar/Italic/Font Size.

  #2 Does it support HTML tab

  #3 Does it support RTF format?

  I am afraid that the answer to each of your questions is no. In SQL 2008, there is some support this this sort of thing.
