Generate SSPI Context Error

  I have installed Sql Server 2008 on Windows Server 2008 Box under the local system account for all services. Under this protocol I can access through SSMS. However as soon as I change the Sql services to a Service Account I start getting the Generate SSPI Context error. The services account is a Domain user. What other permissions does this need or could it be another problem?
