Hi,
I am facing problem that user is unable to connect to SQL server from SSMS using windows authentication. He is getting error Cannot generate SSPI Context. I have gone thru the information, where in it is mentioned that we need to register SPN, but I think in our case this is not the problem, because I am sitting in another location and I am able to connect thru SSMS using windows authentication without any problem.
Has anybody faced similar problem and resolved.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Nitin,
Are you able to connect to same server through SQL Authentication? Also have you tried restarting the client from where you are trying to connect?

Hi Sakthivel,
We are able to login using SQL authentication from his machine as well as from my machine. On restart also, there is no change in this.
In fact when I accessed his system using RDP, what I found is, using Run As for SSMS, I am able to connect to the Server using my windows authentication. Later on he is also able to use Windows Authentication.
On restarting machine, same problem i.e. he is getting same problem when using windows authentication.
