Hi
I am currently using this on my machine at work, but would like to use the Configuration Tools to run a local server on my machine.
Looking on the web it tells me to go to Configuration Tools in the SQL Server folder of programs, however this isnt there and i cant find it anywhere 🙁
Is there anything else i need to install to get this?
This is the file i installed what im using from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=C243A5AE-4BD1-4E3D-94B8-5A0F62BF7796&displaylang=en

You could try Management Studio Express with SP3 if you still did not see the SAC and Configuration manager then you may need to remove the current Express and install the Express with Advanced features SP3.
Kind regards,

Thanks for that, after i posted i started looking around and found a better, later version in 2008.
I downloaded this: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B5D1B8C3-FDA5-4508-B0D0-1311D670E336&displaylang=en]
Seems to have done the trick, i have lots of new problems using the thing with permissions on databases but thats a whole new post 🙂
Thanks for the advice!
