Assuming your subscriber is part of an AD domain...As long as the subscriber's name in AD remains the same you can do this. I would stop the distribution agent first, then after the IP change issue an "ipconfig /flushdns" command at the distributor followed by a "ping [subscriber name]" and see that it picks up the new IP address. Once you verify it has the new IP address you can restart the distribution agent and you should be good.
