I restored a sql2000 database onto a server using sql2005. The restored database is under a new name. What is the best way to transfer the logins into the sql2005 server?
I discovered "who"
still looking for "why" and "how"
Can I buy a vowel?

You could do this by using DTS package with logins transfer option or else you can do with this store procedure. I had done both ways successfully.

Yes, Thank you. The process seems to have worked fine. It seems that upgrading databases is getting easier than it used to be.
