Hi experts,
As part of the requirement for a proposal on Data Warehousing, I am in need of the following items.
1. Design implementation procedures to maintain DBMS environment
2. Documentation on the transition from logical db architecture to physical
3. DB back up and recovery plan
4. Detailed DB Security
5. Progress and Status Reports
A sample on the above will be perfect.

What you mean by question 1?
2.Document the hardware required ,license,version and edition of SQL Server and other software requirements ,before that you need to know about the expect size of DB and nature of application.
3.For this you need to know the how import is data for client . How much data loss they can compromise?
4.all the security needs like port,user permissions etc
5.Can u please explain what this mean?

I think the question 1 refers to how to implement datawarehousing
