Hey Folks,
I am getting this critical issue on SQL BPA that is not going away:
Host: [host] - Outdated system driver that can cause paging detected
There are known issues that exist in Windows and various Device Drivers which can trigger conditions that result in working set of all processes currently running on the machine to be trimmed. This will cause excessive paging and result in drastic reduction in performance of all applications on the machine (specifically SQL Server). We found that TCPIP.SYS present with version [5.2.3790.4318] and BXVBDA.SYS is also present. So we recommend you to disable TCP Chimney
I tried to disable TCP chimney using the command Netsh int ip set chimney DISABLED. but it didn't make my error go away. I have run uniblue driver scanner 2009 to find if those drivers need updating but I got the all clear from the scanner... Is there anything else I can do?

I also had this error reported. I updated all drivers that I could (exception was the SAN/HBAs) and it did not resolve the error message. I decided to ignore it as all performance metrics, server logs, etc indicate no problems or issues.
I would look at BPA as "best practice" and not try to eliminate every message it generates as it can not knwo everything about your applications, environment, etc.
Hope it helps... but if you find a resolution to yours I would be interested in what it was. 🙂
